It’s not just me that’s preparing for and accepting the second wave is it? I of course hope my sense of it’s inevitably is wrong. But I find it easier to imagine it’s going to happen and be pleasantly surprised than the other way around.
@MattHancock A question that keeps popping in to my head is how do all you politicians remain to have such smart haircuts - surely you can't be having a stylist do your hair with social distancing measures in place?
@fredsirieix1 Thursday just won't be the same! Fred and Gino, what a comedy double act, love you both! Gordon was like the dad trying to keep you both under control...and failing! 😂
@MattHancock And yet funeral workers are still not being tested...when is this going to change? The conditions they are working with are unacceptably dangerous and they are the forgotten people in this horrific time.
@DHSCgovuk When will those who are managing the deceased be included in these tests? They are currently working amongst a huge number of infected deceased people and many are symptomatic. This list of people is not enough. More needs to be done urgently.
Whilst all key workers and NHS staff are doing an amazing job, my mind is full of concern for those incredible people managing the deceased of Covid19. It's a forgotten element to this terrible time and one that is part of my families daily life. #staysafe
Coronavirus has turned us all into dogs. We roam the house all day looking for food. We're told "no" if we get too close to strangers. And we get really excited about car rides. #dogs#TuesdayThoughts
@afneil And also failure to supply PPE to those managing the deceased. My husband is an undertaker and embalmer and they have to wait for two weeks for Hazmat suits and that is not guaranteed.
