@pandocruises I have completed your online form twice now with a complaint regarding a cruise in March and I have had no response. One was sent within a couple of weeks of returning to the UK and the other over a week ago. I thought you'd have better customer service than this.

@glutenfreegez Worst one I find is pizza. Gluten free pizza, fab. Do you cook it in the same oven as the other pizzas? Yes. On the same place in the oven? Yes. On a 'barrier'? No. THEN DONT SELL IT AS GLUTEN FREE!

@nextofficial I bought some Forever Comfort Elastic Strap Wedges in navy blue. I put them on to go out and within 100 yards of my house I had to put them back on 3 times because they dont stay on at the back. I have worn them once now, what can I do?

@JournalistJill @fenifur If you haven't already, speak to the handler for BA at JFK. In the UK the handler/ramp offices of the airline hold stuff found on the plane until taken to lost property. So BA may have it but unless someone has specifically asked at the ramp office.
