@DrJessTaylor I think your point about the need to shift the focus to the perpetrators rather than the victims of sexual violence is absolutely right and important. At the same time, the work of an entire field of research should not be negated.

@DrJessTaylor From my perspective, there are several scholars, particularly female scholars, such as Mary Ann Koss, Jacqueline White, Barbara Krahé, and Antonina Abbey, who have been trying for many years to answer this very question
