@iRobot I could buy a new roomba but my experience with customer service is deplorable and I donโt feel valued. Although my roomba is working again, I feel it will probably stop working any time and I donโt know why so I ordered a new one from one of your competitors. 2/2
@iRobot My robot was not charging. I was told I should pay almost $200 to get it fixed as it was out of warranty. I disconnected my robot and left the battery out for a few weeks and now itโs working again. Iโm disappointed of the customer service. . 1/2
