Relentless routines are undervalued in schools. Students like routines and consistency in their application.

Inconsistency often leads to behaviour issues and causes individual teachers to seen as ‘strict’

It's utterly transformed the conversations about progress.

They don't know their target, and we don't predict their grade until they're in an actual exam year.
