@Annemwiza@Rwanda_Edu This makes you wonder what else is wrong/discriminatory in this school's policies. I am sure this is only the tip of the iceberg. I am willing to bet this is not the only way they make local kids feel inferior to their peers.
@AlynNeiny “Creating an IG account for your child make sense if you’re trying to build a photo album for Her/Him to see in future…”
No, even this doesn’t make sense. Why does the photo album need to live on IG to begin with?
In 2016, @RwandaGov teamed up with @zipline to start the world's first on-demand aerial logistics delivery services in #Rwanda at a national scale. Today, we all come together to celebrate all the 5-year achievements. #ZiplineAt5 🎊
1/5:
“Let’s use the urgency of this moment to identify similar opportunities for partnership, focusing especially on the young men and women on both our continents who see solutions, where others only see problems.” President Kagame | @CorpCnclAfrica’s #AfricaBizSummit.
The Zipline Academy is designed for individuals from #Rwanda and around the world to experience hands-on training, shadow practiced fulfillment, and flight operators. We train drone students, designers, and pilots in manufacturing, conducting drone testing, and training.
With the aim to raise awareness of the need for safe blood and blood products for transfusion, #ZiplineRwanda participated in #WorldBloodDonorDay alongside @RBCRwanda with a focus on several activities including awarding blood donors and a blood donation camp in @RuhangoDistrict.
Ghana is not only the first country to receive a shipment of #COVAX vaccines, but it will be the first to deliver them using autonomous drones. The new partnership with @Zipline and @UPS_Foundation will see 2.5 million doses delivered this way: https://t.co/rHwWWQSxvy
When we launched the first @zipline distribution center in Rwanda 4 years ago, we dreamed about flying at night, when patients often have emergency needs. This week we turned on national scale 24/7 delivery. 🚀🌍
@ZiplineRwanda is excited to announce the start of 24hr service in Rwanda. Millions will now be within minutes of critical and lifesaving medicine delivered 24/7
Our 3-day blood collection campaign yields 289 blood units:
