اليوم زرت منطقة #ديرة في #دبي، وأعادتني هذه الزيارة أكثر من 25 سنة إلى الوراء، إلى أيام كان لي فيها مكتب أعمل منه وأتابع أعمالنا في هذه المنطقة.

وأعتقد أن نحو 20 سنة مرت منذ آخر مرة زرتها، رغم أن مكاتبنا ما زالت موجودة فيها حتى اليوم. وكانت سعادتي كبيرة وأنا أتجول فيها وأرى كيف تغيرت وكبرت وتطورت. أتذكر شوارعها ومبانيها كما كانت، وأرى اليوم أمامي منطقة عامرة بالحركة والعمل والعمران.

وديرة بالنسبة لي ليست مجرد منطقة من مناطق دبي، بل هي من أساسات دبي القديمة، ومنها انطلقت التجارة والأعمال، وفي أسواقها ومكاتبها بدأ كثير من التجار ورجال الأعمال مسيرتهم، وكبرت معهم أحلامهم وطموحاتهم. ولها في ذاكرتي وذاكرة كل من عاش بدايات نهضة دبي مكانة خاصة.

وأنا الذي عشت هذه المسيرة منذ بداياتها، لا أملك إلا أن أشعر بالفخر والسعادة بما وصلت إليه دبي المبروكة. وما أجمل أن تعود إلى مكان يحمل ذكرياتك، فتجد أنه حافظ على تاريخه ومكانته، وفي الوقت نفسه واصل النمو والتقدم مع مدينتك.

الحمد لله على نعمة دبي، وعلى قيادة جعلت التطور والعمل والبناء مسيرة لا تتوقف.

دبي، جوهرة العالم، لا تكف عن الإبهار. حفظها الله وأدام عليها نعمة الأمن والخير والازدهار، وحماها من كل حسد وشر.

@OnTrac_Shipping I use to think OnTrac was the best package delivery service until I had to deal with Sadie of customer service and the lies. Their delivery took a night photo of a front door that was not mine. I sent to Sadie a current photo of my front door case # 19110855 and you can see the difference. Delivery company are becoming so lazy and inefficient that it’s best to not order anything. You lose money.

@RamsNFL @TheLARamsPR it’s sad that an organization like the LA Ram has no mechanism to address issues with their FAN Gear t shirts when it doesn’t get delivered properly. No live person to talk to in order to straight out this mess. Fan gear said fight out with my bank and OnTrac that messed up the delivery state to fight it out with the vendor. But the Los Angeles working class that they want as fans are screwed out of their money. Shame
