@USPSHelp As I put in the claim, the items were missing. You can see the box with a large hole in it. I didn't even claim my missing keepsakes from Iraq that cannot be replaced.

. @USPS This is the condition of the case that I sent back from the Middle East where I was deployed. My camera and lens were missing from this package. A camera I use in my business. I of course insured this package but USPS just denied my claim.
