@AngelicSavant @mistydandy @huntichon I’m allergic to both corn and gluten. With those restrictions I’ve found that the Paleo diet works pretty well for me (mostly meat and produce).

@mistydandy @huntichon I’m also allergic to corn. Not only does most processed food contain corn, but most synthetic fragrances do as well (perfume, shampoo, etc.). Public spaces are usually a struggle.
It’s a rare allergy, so the only real resource I’ve found is the Corn Allergy facebook group.
