The paper shows psychodynamic therapy is as or more effective than CBT. Grok says the exact opposite

The title of the paper is literally, “The efficacy of psychodynamic psychotherapy.”

The effect size for psychodynamic therapy for the major study in the paper was .97. Grok says it’s 33. The number .33 does not appear anywhere in the paper.

@JoanOliu Afegir que hi ha programari per a PC i Mac, però com q vaig amb Linux no l'he provat.
Si fas dibuixos, és capaç de reconèixer formes bàsiques (quadrats/trapezoides, triangles, cercles/ovals, línies...).
Pots fer copiar i enganxar, redimensionar, esborrar l'àrea seleccionada...

@JoanOliu Trobo que és més lent que escriure en paper i llapis, però potser és acostumar-s'hi, força jovent el fan servir a classe pels apunts o afegir anotacions.
No pots llegir ePUB que requreixin gestió de drets digitals (de moment).
La bateria no m'ha durat 2 setmanes.
