Earlier today, I had the honour of joining a remarkable group of young people who first met on X (formerly Twitter) and, united by the spirit of compassion, came together under the umbrella of @LuminusUg to support mothers at Komamboga Health Centre III.
What started as a simple online connection has grown into a movement of purpose driven youth who understand that true fulfillment is found in service to others. As we handed over small hampers to the mothers (banakazadde), the joy and gratitude on their faces spoke louder than words, a powerful reminder that even the smallest acts of kindness can restore hope and dignity.
These young people are living proof that social media can be more than just talk; it can be a force for change when driven by empathy and action. I deeply commend their initiative and commitment to humanity. May God bless each of them abundantly for choosing to serve where it matters most. ๐
