The study mentions students planning to enter the workforce being moved into these test prep courses instead of existing vocational classes. Not good, not good at all. We shouldn't try to force all of our students into the same mold. #edld502

I have a problem with this but have been shot down by people with fancy letters behind their name. #edld502

Case study 8.1- Cody was placed in the LRE, given accommodations, and assigned an aide. His environment is no longer appropriate and due process has been given. Educate him outside the reg ed room for at least part of the day. The "A" in FAPE so vague to me!. #edld502

@dmillerntk @ahles_joel Don, I’m not at all an expert on tribal or reservation laws/norms. Pretty sure all public schools could allow their facility to be used like this though. No entanglement there if it’s rented/reserved by a separate entity. #EDLD502

Lemon v Kurtzman 1971- does it: have a secular purpose?, enhancer inhibit religion?, create excessive entanglement between church and state? Not sure how tribal land affects this but it’s a good guide. #EDLD502
