The decline of beauty in everyday life shows up in even the smallest things, like tickets, where we’ve let our obsession with efficiency win out over personality and artistic expression.
Like the ticket from the Guggenheim Museum in New York, which I've shared in the first photo. It's an iconic building that could have so easily inspired a beautiful ticket design, but they opted for the most economical option instead.
Each example of this decline isn't a big deal, but the world becomes less charming and enchanted when people stop caring about craftsmanship.
For some alternatives, scroll through the photos. The second one shows old Japanese train tickets, the third one shows an old circus ticket, and the fourth one is a World Series ticket from 2002, which felt magical when I got to hold one as an eight-year-old.
So yes, there’s definitely been a decline. And maybe we’re okay with it! But it’s worth remembering that this decline isn’t inevitable. There is another way.

As everyone knows , Singapore has been the target of PRC influence operations.
This has begun again on various social media , after the NDR where PM Lawrence Wong said in his Mandarin speech we need to keep our Asian identity. These accounts say the only way for Singapore to do this is to accept we are a Chinese majority country , adopt Mandarin as our national language and move to ally with the PRC
We must resist these calls.
The PRC’s propaganda shills mistake civilisation for a state.
We are a multi racial country. Not a Chinese one. And even if our Chinese people were to embrace Chinese culture , this doesn’t mean we have to be loyal to the PRC
I wrote this article about these issues previously.
Good time to share it again :

It’s time to connect the dots, my friends
Circadian arch integration is crucial, especially at the skin level, to get the most out of both direct and indirect sunlight exposure
Near, mid, and far infrared within a circadian aligned heliotherapy framework are crucial, at the cellular level, to integrate UV light appropriately
The same is true of nighttime darkness within the context of the naturally produced DNA lesions from UV-B, which are central to the hormetic process here
Now focus on the highlighted portion of the middle screenshot:
“By modulating UV-B induced targets of the p53 signaling pathway, IR irradiation appears to anticipate the UV-B response and to prepare cells to better resist subsequent UV induced stress. This is reinforced by the fact that IR PRE-IRRADIATION REDUCES UV-B INDUCED THYMINE DIMERS”
Go deep enough into this work and you realize the circadian system is damn near perfect in its creation. After all, it’s the work of God
All roads lead to circadian alignment
It’s a shame that specialties like mainstream dermatology are so behind on this. Make chronodermatology a standardized sub-specialty. Bring the circadian lens into view
Not only will we be able to foster a healthier relationship with God’s light, but we will actually make a meaningful difference to people’s quality of life at every level. The skin barrier, metabolism, sleep, muscle mass, digestion, cognition, chronic disease prevention
Ryan Blazer is an electromagnetic engineer and building biologist who runs a home-testing company for EMF and mold exposure.
On Paul Saladino's podcast, he broke down 7 truths about Wi-Fi most people get completely wrong:
1) Your router runs on microwave frequency
“But the Radiofrequency waves have always existed”
Natural RF are just CARRIER waves.
Gentle, unmodulated signals coming from lightning, stars & cosmic background radiation.
They are smooth, continuous & spread out over wide frequencies.
What modern technologies use today is totally different.
Man-made RF waves (like WiFi, Bluetooth, 5G) are MODULATED.
Modulated means the wave is no longer smooth or natural, It’s encoded with rapid bursts of data.
Instead of flowing freely, the signal now switches on and off billions of times per second to carry information like voice, video, WiFi packets, everything.
We alter the wave’s shape (amplitude, frequency, phase) to put data on top of these Natural RF waves
Nature’s RF waves are just passive carriers.
Man-made RF waves are pulsing with data, 24/7.
This is WHERE THE PROBLEM LIES.
Our biology is being exposed to waveforms it never evolved with.
That means not just one waveform, but a dynamic mix of fluctuating fields, with multiple modulation patterns interacting all at once.
It's not just about the strength of the signal,
Even low-frequency, low-intensity, man-made EMFs have been shown to cause biological stress, below our threshold of awareness.
Read the BioInitiative Report.
The science is already there.
and these aren’t thermal effects.
The damage doesn’t come from heating.
It comes from the information content of the wave, the constant on-off modulation that our cells interpret as noise, as interference, as stress.
A lot of parents want to spend the early years connecting with their children…but they fear their child might be missing out on crucial “education” if they’re not in daycare all day. What are you supposed to do with a toddler all day other than keep them alive?
Well, I’ve spent the past year researching the work of Montessori, Mason and other traditional pedagogical experts on early childhood to develop an early childhood activity guide to do with your children! It is a curriculum of learning through play!
Never be lost for ideas again. And you’ll always find a song to sing together too.
I have tested out these activities with my own children and have so enjoyed watching not only how they learn but how they have strengthened our own bond and built my confidence as a mother.
I hope you can use this guide to great benefit for your own children as well!
PS every image in this guide was hand illustrated by me 😍
True! Breakfast is incredibly important.
It is the first major metabolic signal your body receives after sunrise.
• It connects food to the light cycle. Morning sunlight synchronizes the master clock in your brain. Breakfast then tells the clocks in your liver, pancreas, gut, muscle, and fat tissue that nutrients have arrived during the active phase.
• It establishes the timing of your metabolism. Your body does not process an identical meal the same way at every hour. Insulin sensitivity, digestive activity, mitochondrial fuel use, and glucose tolerance generally favor the earlier part of the day.
• It delivers electrons when your cells are prepared to use them. Food contains chemical energy stored in molecular bonds. During metabolism, electrons from that food enter the mitochondrial respiratory chain, helping create the proton gradient that powers ATP synthase and produces cellular energy.
• It synchronizes the liver’s clock. The liver uses meal timing to determine when to process incoming nutrients, store glycogen, release glucose, manufacture fats, and shift between fed and fasted metabolism.
• It prepares the pancreas for daytime glucose control. Eating after the morning light signal aligns food with the portion of the day when insulin secretion and glucose tolerance are generally more effective.
• It helps organize leptin and ghrelin signaling. Leptin communicates long-term energy availability, while ghrelin helps generate hunger. A consistent, protein-centered breakfast can strengthen the timing of these signals, improve satiety, and reduce erratic hunger later in the day.
• It provides amino acids during the active phase. Protein supplies the raw materials needed to maintain muscle, enzymes, neurotransmitters, and cellular structures. Eating meaningful protein at breakfast also stimulates muscle protein synthesis and can reduce the urge to snack throughout the day.
• It protects the nighttime repair window. Starting the eating window earlier makes it easier to finish eating earlier. This prevents a large portion of your calories from colliding with rising melatonin, declining glucose tolerance, and the body’s transition toward sleep and cellular repair.
> be pregnant
> buy induction cooktop
> "cleaner than gas, no fumes, safer for the baby"
> stand at normal cooking distance every day
> baby's developing nervous system now exceeds public EMF limits entirely
> stove passed IEC 62233 certification
> test was done 1 foot away from the cooktop
> you don't cook from 1 foot away
> CERTIFIED SAFE
Get ready for mainstream health to finally see the light as a nutrient story
LEDs → hyper-palatable, inflammatory food
Full-spectrum sun dose → micronutrient-dense whole food
Red/IR + incandescents → targeted supplementation
Congrats on being light years ahead (again)
Disconnection from the Geomagnetic fields 🧲puts electron loss on pedestal.
Fastest way to Mental illnesses & cancer.
Just look at Pilots & flight attendants.
They're the most disconnected humans alive.
At 35,000 ft:
— Unplugged from Geomagnetic fields
— Cosmic radiation overload
— Artificial light cycles
— Broken circadian clocks
Highest cancer risk of any job.
Not an accident.
