My demands are simple:
✅ Install TODAY — latest JioAirFiber+ device, not old hardware
✅ Refund for days lost
✅ Accountability for false promises by your manager
No resolution in 24 hrs →TRAI complaint + Consumer Court

I've explicitly told them I cannot WFH without broadband. This is directly hitting my livelihood. Their response? More lies. More empty promises. More "it'll be done tonight." I've lost count of how many calls I've made. @JioCare@reliancejio do you care at all?
Paid @JioCare 3 months advance for #JioAirFiber+ on 15 April. 8 days later — zero installation. Their manager Mr. Praveen Thakur has lied to me 5-6 times EVERY SINGLE DAY. "Technician is on the way." Every. Single. Day. @reliancejio
This is what entitled MLAs think of the common man.
"They give MLAs one ticket & that too in the bottom gallery, where these people… where these people go" says Vijayanand Kashappanavar as he hesitates to even complete his sentence realising he's on camera.
Our VVIP culture never ends: Karnataka Assembly Speaker U.T. Khader asks state government to ensure that each MLA is allotted four premium tickets for the IPL match days!! Will RCB, KSCA and IPL oblige or put their foot down? (By the way, ex players who genuinely deserve it struggle to get match tickets).
Minister @DKShivakumar MLA’s are not our rulers. Govt runs for the citizens not MLA’s. Why are you favoring the MLA’s. When sports lovers have to pay for tickets why cannot these MLA’s? This is very very wrong. MLA’s are representatives in the House, not govt. only ministers are part of government and have executive power.
“We can’t stand in queues like the general public,” say our elected representatives. Yet it is that very public that stands in line to vote them into power, pays for the system they enjoy, and is now being told that equality ends where privilege begins. Sad is this justice! Do you agree with me?
Had the Karnataka MLAs spent time in the Vidhana Soudha discussing safety and security preparedness for IPL fans, it would have upheld the dignity of the House.
Instead, we saw MLAs pleading and even threatening for free tickets for themselves and their families.
This is not just poor priority. It exposes a deeper problem - a VIP mindset that sees public office as entitlement.
Why should any sports body owe MLAs anything? Why should elected representatives expect privileges denied to ordinary citizens?
Public office is not a privilege. It is a responsibility.
This culture must end.

The MLA’s statement is wrong. And frankly, not surprising.
First, it exposes their priorities. At a time when real issues of the state demand attention, raising something like this in the Assembly is itself telling.
And if the Speaker chooses to act on it, it diminishes the dignity of the Vidhan Soudha itself.
Now, let’s ask the basic question.
Why should the KSCA, or any sports body, give free tickets to MLAs?
Why should they “owe” them anything?
This is plain entitlement. Feudal thinking.
An MLA demanding free tickets, a separate gallery, and refusing to sit with the public reveals their belief that they are somehow above the very people they represent.
That is the problem.
If citizens have to buy tickets, so should MLAs. Simple.
Unless we call this out clearly, we will keep normalising a culture of entitlement. And that is the opposite of what a modern, equal, democratic society should stand for.
This is wrong. It must be opposed.
@DrDeepakKrishn1 Let's give him a benefit of doubt that name etc were not shared while uploading on AI but are ok with reservations in medical field or do you feel at least this profession should be just based on merit ?
