@AmericanAir my wife and I traveled from PLS to MIA yesterday on AA 2409. I can tell you that mask wearing was NOT enforced and we did not feel safe. The gentlemen sitting next to us either didn’t wear his mask or wore improperly (below his nose or chin) for 95% of the flight.

@AmericanAir based on our own experience. We would not feel confident in recommending they fly AA if mask wearing will not be strictly enforced.

@AmericanAir during a global pandemic safety should be your top priority and on yesterday’s flight we did not feel safe. My wife and I also own a travel agency and clients want us to pass on assurances that they will be safe during traveling.

@Chewy my vet has informed me that they have approved the prescription and your pharmacy has just let the order sit unfilled for 2 weeks. The only updates I get is when I call and complain. The solutions offered by your reps are not satisfactory. VERY disappointed!!

@Chewy absolutely terrible customer service from to guys and truly not what I’ve come to expect from your company. Placed a prescription order for my pet on August 29th and amended on September 3rd due to error of only placing 1 pill. It’s almost 3 weeks and still not received.
