@ThePoniExpress Not good at all. Doesn't seem like they can evaluate/develop young talent. In the off-season it seems like they just spent money to make fans happy, not to actually improve the team. Team also seems very shaky in confidence. Too many high highs and very low lows. Poor coaching

@UPS Your automated phone is one of the worst I have used! Couldn't talk to a person to fix an issue that couldn't be fixed online. Tried to schedule pickup at terminal, told package was pulled 4 pickup and ended up on truck!!! Went to terminal, and to w8 2 hrs for truck!

@BestBuySupport i think it is ridiculous that I just sat on the phone for over an hour after being told 30-40 minutes and never got ahold of anyone. I was having tons of errors buying the series x (from 7am) and no one to help😡 its a shame an elite member can't receive help
