You would think once a decision on a claim is made there would be documentation to show what was considered and how they came to a decision. But obviously I’m asking for way too much, I should just accept the vague terminology @AIRBNB uses to protect itself.

@Airbnb is home to the most backwards claims process ever created. They clearly assume guilt unless you can prove innocence. It allows hosts to levy baseless accusations so they can get new stuff at their will, while AIRBNB hides behind a terms of service. It’s absolute nonsense.
