Why can't we have tools to aid the job application process on the applicants' side?

The HRs already have such tools, but somehow we still expect the applicants to do it crudely. The same ol' way.

Applying for jobs is now becoming a job itself and no one seems to be bothered about it.

@Pejuola_a While we keep applying, we will leverage on systems like what Joblified (https://t.co/CsmFlJEEaq) is building to make the application process smarter, and treat each rejection as a data point we can collect and learn from for future applications.

This morning, I was privileged, among other speakers, to speak with the just appointed functionaries (prefects) in the school where I presently teach #Mathematics and #Physics, who are all in the final year of their secondary education.
