Thanks @ohsnapjbsmoove for the inspiration. I made my husband a delicious burnt-toast-pumpernickel sandwich for this birthday. Can you send him some black licorice for dessert please :-)

@PeteButtigieg you’ve done much to improve narratives about LGBT communities & challenge prejudice. I thought you’d enjoy summer reading that tries to do the same thru fiction. I sent a copy of my novel The Order of Nature to Win the Era’s office the other week. Hope you enjoy!!

I've sent a copy to your office which I hope you'll enjoy. Here is an interview with Lambda Literary where I discuss why I wrote the book and what I hoped to achieve with it: https://t.co/Ye4I9EobQU. Best, Josh 2/2

@RepSeanMaloney @spmaloney You've done great work to increase visibility of LGBT leaders and families. My novel, The Order of Nature, tries to do its part, by portraying the power of love and the human cost of intolerance - activism through storytelling. 1/2

P.S. @CBizzacco thanks for your help in facilitating getting the book to the office. We see it arrived.

Toronto is catching up! Many Latin American cities turn boulevards into pedestrian/cyclists streets each Sunday. I’ve long wondered why Toronto didn’t. So glad #ActiveTO is changing that. Now let’s expand the route and make it permanent each week. #TOpoli @joe_cressy @JohnTory

@repmarkpocan, really appreciate your work for global LGBT rights. My novel The Order of Nature aims to build acceptance through storytelling. Just sent a copy of it to your office c/o Anna. I hope it can help your efforts. Happy to collaborate too. 1/2

@xeenarh Just followed you back!

[Josh Scheinert @joshscheinert]

@BestBuyCanHelp @BestBuyCanada Hi, it's been a week since we emailed with the order number, but we still haven't received a response. Hoping to hear back soon. Thanks, Josh

[Josh Scheinert @joshscheinert]

Thanks for the delivery @BestBuyCanada. Ridiculous and wasteful packaging. I wonder how much materials and driving #emissions you could save if you tried. We can all take steps to waste a little less.

I know several LGBT Ugandan activists. They are courageous and kind people working to make their country and more just and equal place. This is terrible. https://t.co/sW1NizAk3x

I'm reading @joshscheinert The Order of Nature for the Oct. reading challenge @yrdsbbcss @YRDSB @heathersears7 This book takes readers on a journey through the struggles and fears of being gay in West Africa - of having to hide, and never being free. #BCSSREADS #loveislove
