@sainsburys I’ve just come home to my 6-7pm delivery left outside my front door. Doorbell camera shows it’s been there at least 45 minutes with frozen and fridge stuff plus alcohol just left

@EE no matter what I do I can’t activate my game pass extra - it was part of the reason I took out this contract! Yes it’s been selected, yes I’ve tried on different days and devices but keep getting this extra and now I can’t swap for a month so wasting money and time.

@EE I’m upgrading to a sim only plan with 1 inclusive extra. When I choose plan, it says to add an inclusive benefit with only the choice of office 365, and none of the others. Is the inclusive benefit different to the inclusive extras - do I get a benefit on top of an extra?

@OctopusEnergy Hi, I’ve just moved in and briefly had octopus (apparently it’s switching to EDF today although I’d like to stay). However my gas meter readings are not increasing despite using gas - help!
