What I've figured out is that women in particular think all men everywhere just always had access to modern functions of responsibility like control over property and finances, banking, credit/loans, administrative authority like voting rights and employment opportunities in management that made the manager responsible for money that wasn't his own investment and workers besides his own family because they are male and for no other reason.

They never consider that each of these concepts came into existence over time as aspects of men's labor and the risks, responsibilities, and logistics it involved.
It never occurs to them that as men built and optimized civilization toward a safer and more comfortable and convenient living environment, these tools were conceived of and introduced so men could meet their obligations more quickly and efficiently while holding each other to account for their implementation of the power each new tool gave them, including those in government, and those with great economic, military, or social power.

Society has entirely forgotten that while rare exceptions existed throughout history in which some women involved themselves, women as a demographic never began clamoring to be included en masse in the policies and networks these tools involved until after men had optimized systems of law, policy, and enforcement around them to remove most of the involved overt risks.

They think these things always existed, were always as low-risk as they are now, and were at some point taken away from women by dastardly men and withheld for no other reason than that they were women. They are ignorant of the history because it's not taught to them, and they don't want to know because then they'd be aware that each of the "rights" they feel entitled to evolved out of responsibilities that are still attached to it, and they don't want to be accountable for those responsibilities.

This is the core issue with the modern size of the gender gap in accountability; men's human rights evolved from men's social, economic, and civic responsibilities, which in turn led to men's civil rights. Women got theirs by whining about what men had without even trying to understand why it existed, and have not only made zero effort to close the accountability gap, but have put great effort into widening it at both ends.
