- ~536k violent incidents: Black offenders, White victims
- ~57k violent incidents: White offenders, Black victims

Total Black-White interracial: ~593k.

If evenly distributed (equal per-offender rates for interracial violent crime), with Black pop ~35M vs. White ~171M (age 12+), the ratio would be roughly **1 Black-on-White : 5 White-on-Black**.

Actual observed: **~9.4 : 1** — the opposite, consistent with the 46X per capita offender rate gap.
