A surprising tip: Practice before bed.
It might provide unexpected benefits. And don't shy away from recording yourself. Listening to your own playing and making a list of improvements is an invaluable tool.
@jasonfried@dhh And it worked for as many parties as you wanted too. Solved a problem in 2 days that Yellow Pages had failed to solve. Love when those elegant simple solutions reveal themselves under time constraints.

@heyhey I know you decided to eliminate support over twitter, and I get it. But only offering support over email, when your product is an email service, is frustrating.
It’s like Verizon having an outage, and the only way to get help is to call them.
@Tonyh_me Have you considered annotation features in Xnapper? I absolutely love the tool, but have to open almost every screenshot in Preview to annotate.
I’m a dev too, I know thats a lot of work, but as a customer it would be super helpful.
@tweetbot is it normal for DMs to be very delayed in the app compared to the official app? Mine come in 30m-1hr later, and is the reason I have to keep the native app.
