Ok - I don’t normally do turkey except at Thanksgiving. Found a recipe in Cooks Illustrated - I think it’s published by @TestKitchen - Frico Turkey Burger with Red Cabbage Banana Pepper Slaw and fried pepper jack cheese- family loved it. It’s the July/August ‘26 issue. #Fridaydinner
