pro tip: if the race has any amount of pavement, even if its only a meter or two, wear heelys. the extra boost you'll get for that meter will far out weigh any negatives in the other 4999 meters.

a marathon is about 8.45 back to back 5k's

the fastest h.s. 5k this season was run by anthony grover, he ran a 14:44 yesterday

eluid ran a 14:24 for his first 5k. and then continued to run 7 more at the same pace.

very few people could have kept pace for any period of time.
