@Uber_Support In less than 6 minutes. I wasn't able to contact the driver. I called so many times but he never responded to me. It's either your system is corrupted or the driver have seen my bag and refused to answer.

@Uber_Support There's no hope if my belongings will be back. If your system was fine I could've contact the driver immediately after realizing that my items were forgotten in the car.

When comes to lost items @boltapp is much better because you can contact the driver via the App for 24h.

I'm really disappointed with #Uber when comes to lost items. I contacted their support for lost items 4 minutes after dropping off but the driver never contacted me and I couldn't contact the driver either. After that they said my item was not found.
