@FrediVosberg I have had it happen to me that a fake door MVP that missed my target metric was dismissed as invalid.
So thanks for recommending multiple tests.
Although I believe that smoke tests can test not only the channel, but also different value propositions when tested against another.
@dagorenouf Totally feel you! With 2, you'll also have an easier time changing industries or professions because you'll always have an edge in marketing it.
Would you rather be a total expert in your field but a poor salesperson and marketer about it - or okayish in one field but an expert in selling and marketing?
I have come to realize that I appreciate people in my work environment most when they are humble.
And yet, we live in a world where experts scramble for followers and likes to build social proof.

Recently I was thinking about what the business outcomes of our startup should be.
Then I found an interesting resource in the book "Outcomes over Outputs" by @jseiden.
He writes that design guru @jmspool claims that there are only 5 things that executives care about:
