Amazing how easy @TfL makes it for Uber drivers to get a licence yet when London Black Cab drivers have to renew (for £300) it’s impossible. The website doesn’t won’t allow it, nobody replies to emails, no chat function. Post is limited to 3 offices. Diabolical & discriminatory.

Really poor customer service from @TweetCalzedonia. Placed an order more than a week ago with a 2-3 day delivery. It's not even been despatched. No practical help from customer service, e.g sending via Express Shipping. Just 'we'll look into it'. Needs to be here Saturday.

Hi @AsconaGroup - I got contaminated fuel from a @bp_plc garage you run in Dunstable. This (right) is the muddy water which was excavated from my fuel tank. I have a £500 bill & a report confirming your fuel is to blame - but customer service has been ignoring me for 2 weeks!
@maidenmad@TheAA_UK@startrescuecouk Thanks Lisa, I get AA with my @NatWest_Help platinum account - but they are so useless. NatWest needs to look at this! Would have been waiting for nearly 12 hours yesterday, in the end I got a lift home and left the car. NatWest used to use @GreenFlagUK who were SO much better.
Guess I’ll be looking for a new breakdown recovery service then, @TheAA_UK is awful. At least a four hour wait for a ‘priority’ job, stranded at a dual carriageway alone 🤯
@TheAA_UK 2/2 and have booked a slot for 10am-noon today for a pick up to come out. I’ve already had to chase as no information received, and was told it would be 12.05pm.
@TheAA_UK Unfortunately not. I waited 7 hours for 3rd party man-in-a-van to come out, tell me he couldn’t diagnose the problem and was then told by the AA it would be another 5 hours for a pick-up, which would have taken me to about 3/4am!!
In the end I left the car & got a ride home 1/2

@LBCNews This obviously shouldn’t happen regardless of the circumstances this lady was in.
But while Uber regulations have improved, they’re not robust. The facts are there about crime rates. Why even take the risk? Use Black Cabs in london and established local taxi firms elsewhere.
