Big day today as the print pub department announced the addition of three legends to the Hall of Fame. Abby Shelton, Caleb Aleksander and Jazmin Smith left their mark on high school journalism before going on to huge professional accomplishments. 1/2

I didn't have kids with me thankfully. Not sure how we would have survived the cost. How you get some answers.

So glad we got the yerds and jerds back out there to showcase their grit, brawn and occasional athleticism in today's journalympics. Days like this hearing screams and smiles remember why I picked this for a career.

Today we held the journalympics. After a slow start, journalism battled back to tie at six events each. Ian Anderson overcame a 3-1 deficit in knockout to seal the win for the yearbook team. So glad we got to contest the event after missing last year. One of our favorite days.
