Suggest not risk travelling Air India in general and Air India express in particular. Had a harrowing ground experience for a flight from Kochi to Mumbai. Seat changed arbitrarily from 1F to 7B to 23A with no refund by an extremely hostile and rude staff, led by Sneha, Guest Services Officer at Kochi. Despite being the fault of the airlines, she threatens offload! So far their pilots have been doped; seems their staff is too! God save the passengers. Praying to land safely.
