I have a serious concern with Aramex. My shipment received at Aramex Riyad on 13th April, atill I did not receive it here in Jubail, very poor service. I have contacted the customer care, still there is no proper action…!

@Aramex_KSA Could you please let me know what is the actual issue? It is the 14th day after you received my shipment at Riyadh and I did not receive here in Jubail, just less than 500 KM!!!
