@CohhCarnage@Twitch I'm fully on board with this. Things are tough for everyone right now. It's completely reasonable for someone to lapse a sub and it doesn't mean they don't support us as streamers.
@ThropDead I mean, let's be honest. It's Herman Miller we're talking about here. Your wallet/purse either looks like that BEFORE buying, or AFTER buying. There's no middle ground.
@CallumXGames There's a reason book reviews, movie reviews, and game reviews fall under Fair Use. You can't comment on the content without showing or sharing it in some way. "Let's Play" videos typically fall under these laws from what I understand as well, but the laws are still being debated
@CallumXGames My layman's advice: If you don't win your dispute take the video down. No reason for them to make a penny off your work. Fair use law comes into effect the moment you do commentary (typical as a streamer or YouTuber). You're not claiming you wrote the game or music after all...
