London mayor Sadiq Khan was described as ‘extremely disappointing’ by a major landowner for the Old Oak Common site who has urged that all spending, including £250m of public funds be held back pending greater scrutiny of the Mayor’s failure to manage delivery of the development.

This is a disgrace - 25,000 new homes were promised at great expense to the public purse. This should have been the London Mayor’s flagship housing development. How has he let things go so badly wrong???

We need a full inquiry into the spending & strategy of the London Mayor’s Old Oak & Park Royal Development Corporation (OPDC).

So far OPDC has spent £30M, including almost £4M in payments to 31 different consultants.
