Hosted my old roommates tonight. Without my knowledge, my husband put together a charcuterie board and made homemade cookies for us. I am the luckiest girl in the world.
Bishop Jeffrey Schaub from the Grand Blanc Ward shares an update on the ward and its members following the Sunday, September 28 attack on their local meetinghouse.
“We will be happy and find joy again. I know there are a lot of people suffering right now. But we share in that testimony and that love of Jesus Christ that through Him, we’ll find that peace and joy that is missing today, and tomorrow, and the next few days—but it will come."

As a gay man, it enrages me to hear people call Charlie Kirk homophobic. Nothing could be further from the truth.

@brendan_steiner@Ike_Saul I completely respect that position. I don’t expect everyone to like him. I definitely don’t like everything he said and who he supported either. I hope that most of us can view people with different opinions in the same respectful way you have.
@brendan_steiner@Ike_Saul I haven’t seen a mostly sympathetic response. I have seen some be sympathetic, but even those people walk it back with apologizing for mourning someone that hurt so many, misquoting something he said to make is sound more radical, or excusing it for some reason or another.
