Bridget, great soul and kind heart. How many unfortunate animals you've helped and saved❤
📽️Hollywood Beautiful Icons of the 70s-80s: Then and Now Transformation
Nineteen years ago on June 14, Ruth Bell Graham stepped into the presence of her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, at age 87.
A devoted wife, mother and follower of Christ, she lived a life marked by deep faith and steadfast love. While Billy Graham preached the Gospel around the world, she faithfully upheld his calling in prayer behind the scenes.
Billy Graham once said, “I have been asked the question, ‘who do you go to counsel for spiritual guidance?’ My answer: My wife, Ruth. She is the only one I completely confide in.” His words reflect the depth of her spiritual wisdom and the quiet strength she brought to their marriage, their family and their shared ministry.
Her legacy of faith and devotion continues to inspire many.
These are some of my favorite photos of my son Evan. My daughter text them to me yesterday. I didn’t know they existed. I find myself staring at them often—his smile, his eyes, the way he carried himself.
Today I just wanted to share him with you again.
Since we lost Evan, thousands of you have reached out. Messages, stories, prayers, tears shared from all over. Parents who’ve buried children, siblings who’ve lost brothers, friends who’ve watched someone they love disappear into the silence of grief. I’ve read every single one I could. Your stories have reminded me that we are not as alone as it sometimes feels in the darkest hours.
I want to say something that I wish someone had told me more clearly before: You never get over this.
Not really.
You don’t wake up one day and discover the hole in your chest has magically filled. The ache doesn’t pack its bags and leave. You carry it. Some days it feels lighter. Some days it feels like it might crush you again. But by the grace of God, you get through it. One breath, one prayer, one step, one honest moment at a time.
The Father who welcomed the prodigal son is the same Father who has carried me when I had nothing left to give Him. The Shepherd who leaves the 99 is still out searching for every wounded heart—including mine. And the One who brings dead things back to life… I’m still believing He’s not finished with our story, even when it hurts more than words can say.
If you’re grieving right now—whether it’s fresh or it’s been years—I see you. I’m still right here in it with you. It’s okay that it still hurts. It’s okay if you’re not “better” yet. The love we have for those we’ve lost is one of the most beautiful and painful things about being human. Don’t let anyone rush your sorrow. Just keep putting one foot in front of the other, and let Jesus meet you in the middle of it.
Thank you for loving us through this. Thank you for sharing your stories. They matter. Evan’s life mattered. And your loved ones’ lives still matter—deeply.
We’ll keep walking each other home.
With a heavy but grateful heart,
Pastor Greg Locke
Michael J. Fox has made a statement after CNN released a video titled “Remembering the life of actor Michael J. Fox.”
“How do you react when you turn on the TV and CNN is reporting your death?
Do you…A) switch to MNSBC, or whatever they are calling themselves these days, (B) Pour scolding hot water on your lap, if it hurts your fine, (C) Call your wife, hopefully she’s concerned but reassuring, (D) Relax, they do this once every year, (E) Ask yourself wtf ? I thought the world was ending, but apparently it’s just me and I’m ok. Love, Mike.”
The goodbyes aren’t about forgetting; they’re about honoring a story that was already complete.😍
Mark Sloan doesn’t return in Grey’s Anatomy Season 22, not because he was unloved, but because his story was told exactly the way it needed to be. He arrived with charm and confidence, stayed long enough to become family, and left after teaching everyone what growth really costs.
Eric Dane gave Mark Sloan a full arc, one that didn’t end at his best moment, but at his most honest. Mark learned how to love without running, how to be a father, how to choose people over ego. When he died, it wasn’t just a shock; it was a punctuation mark. A painful, final one. Bringing him back again would risk softening the weight of that loss, and Grey’s Anatomy has always understood that grief matters because it stays.
Behind the scenes, Eric Dane’s own life has entered a chapter that asks for gentleness. Living with ALS has shifted priorities, slowed the pace, and reshaped what “showing up” looks like. Not every absence is a rejection. Some are acts of self-preservation, of choosing what truly matters when time becomes precious.
Mark Sloan doesn’t need another hallway scene or dramatic return to be remembered. He lives with the people he loves, Callie, Sofia, Meredith, and Derek. He lives in the laughter that once filled the on-call room, and in the quiet ache fans still feel when they think of him.
Some characters don’t come back because they never really left.
Their stories are finished but their impact keeps breathing, season after season. 💙
🚨 BREAKING: President Trump was just informed that the jobs numbers are being produced by a LEFT-OVER BIDEN OFFICIAL, "who faked the Jobs Numbers before the Election to try and boost Kamala’s chances of Victory."
He just FIRED HER, Dr. Erika McEntarfer.
Wow.
"McEntarfer said there were only 73,000 Jobs added (a shock!) but, more importantly, that a major mistake was made by them, 258,000 Jobs downward, in the prior two months. Similar things happened in the first part of the year, always to the negative. The Economy is BOOMING under “TRUMP” despite a Fed that also plays games, this time with Interest Rates, where they lowered them twice, and substantially, just before the Presidential Election, I assume in the hopes of getting “Kamala” elected – How did that work out? Jerome “Too Late” Powell should also be put “out to pasture.” Thank you for your attention to this matter!"
@semisweet4@RepMTG@karen_mosteller That is what I was just thinking. Why cram all kinds of crazy things together… one issue one bill one vote.. sounds logical to me… but we know our government is rarely logical.
@LizFolio@Tiffany_Muller@donwinslow She’s an idiot spreading misinformation. If you have the legal paperwork done… your name is changed… on your ID etc. This is just click bait.
@Tiffany_Muller Lady… you’re dumb as a rock if you believe this. My name is still my married name even though I’m divorced. You have legal documents. You can legally vote. Quit spreading lies of your doom and gloom… 🤦♀️
