When products or services start to look the same because their special features become common, quality isn't as impressive or valuable for selling them anymore.

✅ Skill Redundancy

When technological advancements automate or streamline processes, making certain specialized skills excessive or outdated.

✅ Market Oversaturation

When there are more qualified individuals than available jobs, leading to a competitive environment where even high-level expertise may not guarantee employment.

✅ Evolving Consumer Preferences

When shifts in consumer behavior or trends lead to a decreased demand for certain industries or services, impacting the relevancy of jobs associated with them.

To avoid or at least mitigate these risks, we need to think beyond just worrying about losing or keeping jobs.

We must ensure that relevance in the workforce is preserved through proactive education and policy.

Only then can we prevent the onset of an AI winter, characterized not by a lack of jobs, but by a workforce unprepared for the future.

@al13326 @iamkarendavila Or give a safe space for small business to thrive helping them earn money to sustain their needs without diplomas and certificates.And when I say this, I mean the younger generations who have less experience and do not have any credentials to prove they are trustworthy.

@al13326 @iamkarendavila Until majority of Filipinos do not have the financial freedom to help themselves, we need to continue on pushing for more budget sa education. Otherwise, they have to provide sustainable jobs for those uneducated.
