@airtelindia tried reporting an Internet connectivity issue through your app - got a number, gave a call, got told by a voice bot that my “request” is registered and I can track it online. I couldn’t see it online to track. I waited - today I got a message that my issue is fixed
@airtelindia I then went through the whole process again, again called the “helpline” where I couldn’t connect with anyone, got told I’ll get a request number - which I didn’t get - and again surprise surprise, the service request is not on the app. What type of service are you ?
@airtelindia but surprise surprise - no one had showed up to check, and the issue was still very much present. So I replied 2 on the message, like I was prompted to reply, and again - the message failed to go through ( postpaid and 4g connection -so don’t blame ) …
@IndiGo6E luckily a relative checked and informed me that my flight for 8.50 in the morning is now at 6.40 am instead. I wouldn't have known as I didn't get a message or an email from the airline. Why is this ?
