@NHRDN I don't think I can emphasise more on the importance of being Authentic and showing genuine interest in the Aspiration, angst and development of people. This skill has passed the test of time. I mean how many times are we chatting with our fellow colleagues without an agenda?

@NHRDN Ability to define and lead a culture in times of frequent changes would be key. VUCA is the reality, and finding a guiding path to survive will be critical for talent to survive, and then succeed. HR sure should lead this

@NHRDN Focus on wellness needs to be redefined. In a society where addressing stress related ailments are still considered to be taboo, providing space to address 'Mental Wellness and Safety' will require lot of investment.

Thousand of children born on the street need milk for their nutrition and sustainance. One of them could be Shiva in disguise.... On this pious occasion, donate milk to the bhole naath you meet on street. Don't waste them on a piece of rock. Har har....
