It’s so very upsetting that you can’t just buy a pair of shoes for your princess to be like all of the other children. Please anyone get in touch who knows about shoes and can help me. #Shoes#adaptations#shoe-raise #raredisease#warrior#awareness
@_Nicola_M_ My first year of teaching I was asked while teaching Burns Poetry and the life of Burns, “what age I was when he died.?” He died in 1796 and this was 2005 🤣🙈 Ancient I said 😊😳
@tommy_mallet I would love it if you could help design a pair of shoes that allow my daughter to have her medical alterations while not looking so obviously different. She is a brave little girl, I just want to help her feel in her words “cool stylish” thank you #raredisease
@RareShareOrg my daughter has been diagnosed with a mosaicism of the MAP2k1 gene. I can’t seem to find any information anywhere on it. We are waiting to attend GOSH with her but wondered if anyone on here could help. Thank you 🐻
@ProudGlaswegian@edfenergy We are a family of 4- we have a smart metre and have reduced absolutely everything we can possibly think of our bill is very similar and with the increase we will be over £500 a month. We were with Bulb and it’s actually terrifying my husband and I. That’s another mortgage 🥺
@KaySocLearn Teacher removes mask to scream in my sons face to make and repeat his point “are you calling me a liar” son who has ASD gave the same answer multiple times ..No! All while being thrown out of class, not part of the behaviour policy. Teachers spit on your face is not dignified
@Dr_Pam_Jarvis@10DowningStreet I am so sorry for your loss. My daughter was attending her first ever Christmas Party with her P1 class online, they wished her a Merry Christmas virtually while they had a party with no music, food or dancing! She has missed the chance to socialise properly for almost 2 years.
@BAFOUND Our daughter has an aneurysm in her brain diagnosed last year she had only just turned 5. 🥺 There is very little knowledge or research in children her age or even children at all. I wish there was more. Thank you
@TTRadio2021 Realising that having 2 children with disabilities my career had to stop being progressive. I would never sacrifice my own children for my work, that’s not always viewed as the respected choice. I now work part time in the job I love, still have stress but not guilt
He smashed it 411 miles from #Ayr to #GreatOrmondStreet hospital. He walked through the rain while we faced the storm. We continue to search for answers for our Jessica and thank you all for your support. #walkingforJessicaJoy @TheForumChanged
