Also for hot/cold thirst being prone to BURN OUT WAS SO SPOT ON!! As someone with hot thirst who loves to experiment, it made me too overpowered and I got insomnia. So definitely be careful with the thirst. You WILL need to do a bit of both even if one is more dominant than the-
