Mine said the same at first, however within an hour of messaging them I had a call from a team setup to deal with this incident specifically. All sorted, yes until vehicle is out we have to wait. @106ian @APCOAUK @LDNLutonAirport What would you expect them to do, send people in to recover your car in a structurally unsafe building! Ours is on floor 3, speak to your insurance. Ours have sorted a payment for a taxi home and a hire car when back. Luton can do nothing until safe if ever.
