@ASICS_India written mails but solution has been provided till as it is a manufacturing defect and well with in the warranty period you can't deny replacement or return or exchange. Look in to this matter

This is some reality. As per world bank Carbon emissions is less than 2 t per capita which is very less than so called environmental friendly and forward countries but they tell India for increasing global warming.

Since last 3 month constantly I am calling @HPSupport for issue regarding my hp laptop, and still after hours of talk with customer care I m not getting solution. I think they don't want look into my case.

As per my view @HP products are a waste of money, time and resources. It's been 4 months I can't use my laptop.
Tens of cases have been registered but still I am struggling with issue.
