Next week, Sept. 25, the crown prosecutor is going to put @ChrisBarber1975’s son Jonathan on the stand in order to try to seize and destroy Big Red. In doing so, they have dragged Chris’ family into The Longest Mischief Trial of All Time.

By the grace of God, Jonathan recently walked away from a bad accident that destroyed his own semi and now he has fight to keep his father’s.

In less than 3 weeks we will start the 3600 km journey to Ottawa for our sentencing for our participation in the most peaceful and polite protest of all time. The crown is seeking a 7 year jail sentence for me, and an 8 years jail sentence for Chris, along with his truck.

We will be back in court on Tuesday morning, virtually, for the cross examination of Det. Launen, OPS Provinical Asset Forfeiture Unit who took it upon himself (apparently)4 days after our verdicts, to begin digging into Big Red and Chris’ company.
