Iowa has some fantastic candidates for the various elections this year. Josh Turek is running for the open Senate seat in Iowa.

I’m not that old but I still remember a time when this country used to send help when people were in danger.

Canada is our closest neighbor, one of our oldest allies, and one of the first countries to show up when Americans need help. The common sense response is compassion, cooperation, and every available firefighting resource we can spare.
