Good evening folks @NWSGray just wanted to bring to attention that it appears WNG575 NWR is currently off the air, at least on my end, on multiple reliable receivers. Time is 11:26pm 7/11/26. Wondering if y’all can confirm this? Thank you!

@BostonWxConsult appears to have been a meteor that burnt up in the atmosphere right above eastern MA, heard it faintly all the way out here in Worcester county

@NWSGray good evening folks, quick question regarding possible upgrades to the winter storm watch in place - if warnings are issued in the next overnight update will they be tone alerted over NWR stations or will the “blackout hours” (as ive heard it coined) inhibit NWR tone out?

@NWSBoston good evening friends, I noticed that the office has relayed a CEM at the request of RIEMA, has this been toned out on NWR as of yet? tuned into the worcester station that covers Providence Co., havent heard it yet, unsure if this will only be relayed on WXJ39. thanks!

@mike61400 @NWSBoston they always update their long fused products (such as WSWs BZWs HWWs) around the 2-4pm timeframe usually around 36ish hours before the onset of whatever the hazard is
