@TTChelps What's going on at Finch Station? Both escalators and the elevator are both down for maintenance. Both at the same time making the bus platform inaccessible. It's been almost 2 weeks now. I'm seeing lots of people with walkers and carts stuck.

@TTChelps You guys screwed up the Finch ltr so many ways, it would be hard to put do you if the intent was to create the worst line in the city. The design of Finch West Station must of been drawn by someone who never uses public transit. The spacing??, the levels?? It's a joke.

@GOtransit the alternate route from Niagara to Union is pretty ridiculous. Too many transfers and/or up to 4 hour commute? Why not just run the 12b straight to Union.

@GOtransitBus Niagara route is becoming unreliable. Last week train doesn't show up, the week the 5:47 bus is pack 10 people left at the stop at Stanley. Bus has people standing.

@TTChelps are the escalators at the south end of Sheppard station (poyntz) going to be fixed soon? It's been about a month. The back in service date has changed three times and still reads Oct. 31st.

@GOtransit why not just have the Niagara falls 12 bus go straight to Oakville, instead of getting off at Burlington and on a another bus to go to Oakville before getting the train?
