@Inc@MarcelSchwantes Question 3 in your article looks Hypothetical to me, which you say should be avoided. I don’t think your binary view of interview questions is helpful. A blend of questions feels more realistic given that many scenarios in knowledge based work are ambiguous and unknown.

@corp_rebels Replace change management with change culture…more autonomy and self-organizing. Leaders become “Head Coaches”, managers become specialist ‘conditioning’ or skills coaches. Principles replace policies 👍🏻
