@JohnGoldman It’s weird…did the opposite recently, NOVA (Shirlington then Courthouse/Clarendon) for 6 years and just moved to DC. DC has potential, but I see the redlining of East DC was pretty stark. Definitely is used as a throughway instead of a living space. Hoping to help improve it!

@tindale_hayley A lot of factors too complex for a tweet. The second term I would say Biden’s decision to run and then half-prop Harris without a primary but not allow her to run her own campaign. Democrats effectively conceded 2024 to Trump by not having a primary.
