I have received expired ice cream. I realised it after finding the taste was abysmal. In hindsight I checked the date of expiry. i had to throw up. As a compensation, I received a refund coupon from Zomato. Is this what you stand for? 1/2

I cannot give any explanation for 18 day delay for a delhi to Jaipur delivery. It's just pathetic customer service

This order was booked on 26th June and today is 16th July. Absolutely shameful service standards!

Shipment was tampered. Customer received wrong product. All image proofs were submitted and accepted by Shiprocket. Courier was marked lost.
@ShiprocketCare Such a smart way to spend 15-20 days to complete your investigation and camouflaging it by marking as lost shipment!
So many such cases go unnoticed. IT TOOK ME SO LONG AFTER NUMEROUS FOLLOW UPS and finally resorting to X to get my refund which will again take DAYS TO PROCESS!
@ShiprocketCare Just received a mail marked it lost or accepted the shipment damage/ incompleteness and initiated the refund in your Shiprocket Wallet.
Please tell me what action you have taken against such malpractise

Are you recovering the amount by raising frivolous weight discrepancies? All my shipments are being raised for weight discrepancy despite them being accurately measured and weighed. VERY UNETHICAL
