I’m a devoted Christian and I think this statement is absolutely correct. That’s the glory of the United States. We have the right to worship or not worship as we see fit. That’s funny that you said that because the very first prosthesis with an articulating limb was made by a Seventh-day Adventist Christian, Uriah Smith. At age 12, Smith had his left leg amputated above the knee due to an infection. Dissatisfied with the limited movement and rigidity of the prosthetics available at the time, he later used his own experiences as an amputee to design an improved artificial leg.
